Immediate permanent HR Manager opening in Burlington, MA!!! $80-125k+bonus

POSITION LOCATION: Burlington, MA

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM

RATE OF PAY: $80,000-$125,000+ Bonus/benefits

Description

HR and Employee Development Manager at our client. The continued growth at our client is directly related to the talent of our team, and as part of this position you will be responsible for the proactive recruitment of the best candidates available. You will be responsible for developing and executing a corporate recruitment strategy, training programs, and career development programs while maintaining the utmost confidentiality and discretion. • Work directly with the directors to develop job descriptions for all positions
• Strong focus on actively recruiting best talent in the industry
• Create a proprietary database of potential candidates that can be utilized to fill hiring needs as they arise
• Develop and maintain the career section on the company website
• Development of "On the bench' candidates for all positions
• Work with the directors to develop training programs for all departments which will be used for all new hires Use Linked In, as well as other hiring platforms to solicit and bring in qualified candidates
• Put together a consistent and professional onboarding process that can be used to streamline the hiring process
• Work directly with the hiring managers and directors to put together offer letters for potential candidates
• Ensure that company is compliant and up to date with all HR and Labor law requirements Training, counseling and coaching our staff

Requirements

• Experience in human resources or related field.
• Comfortable actively calling and recruiting the best industry talent
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
