Role: Line Manager Advisory Specialist

Location: Hybrid/ Nashville, TN

Your New Company

Our client, a large global Investment Bank, is looking to hire someone with HR experience for a 6 month term with a good chance to go permanent. You’ll be working in the Americas HR Advisory team in Nashville, TN. We provide guidance and support to all employees and managers on a broad array of HR topics. We partner closely with divisionally aligned HR Business Partners, Employee Relations and other HR specialty functions.

Your New Role

Do you possess the skills and confidence to guide managers and employees through a variety of HR topics? We’re looking for someone who can help:

· Provide guidance on talent and performance management.

· Advise on sensitive topics and difficult conversations, coordinate and deliver a variety of HR services to our clients.

· Convey and reinforce policies and act as a UBS culture-carrier.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

You Have:

· 2+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist exceptional judgement and decision making skills, careful when evaluating the risks of alternatives

· A commercial mindset and a high degree of client focus.

· The ability to communicate clearly, accurately and succinctly, while adjusting to your audience.

· Experience coordinating restructurings and disciplinary actions.

You Are:

· Commercial, client-focused and collaborative.

· Able to quickly gather and distill facts and make smart decisions.

· Someone who takes ownership, embraces accountability and operates with a high sense of urgency.

· Known for taking initiative, being comfortable with ambiguity and being highly adaptive to change.
