You could work with this company in the Newark, New Jersey area on a long-term contract / temporary basis as their HR Recruiter! Are you an accomplished and proactive Human Resources Recruiter looking for a role that will improve your skills? This organization is looking for a talented individual with a growth mindset who is ready to learn and take on new responsibilities. Your main responsibility in this position will be recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. We need someone who can wow us with their skill at recruiting functions, as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. This role is with a company in the Education field. Apply immediately!

Your responsibilities in this role

  • Employing digital recruiting resources
  • Leading interviews
  • Aiding with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
  • Implementing various administrative duties
  • Influencing internal recommendations
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
  • Recording and posting job opportunity advertisements

Requirements

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
  • If you are highly professional, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, you will be a top candidate
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
  • Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Adeptness in Onboarding
  • Good understanding of Performance Standards
  • Strong familiarity with Corporate Social Media
  • General familiarity with Skype Interview
  • Foundational knowledge in social media
  • Human Resources (HR) Administration experience highly desired
  • Background working with Written Communication
  • Corporate Recruiting experience desired
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Conduct Interviews
  • Create Presentations experience
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Skype
  • Zoom experience highly preferred
  • Earlier work involving employment law
  • We want someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms in this position
