The Resource Planning Strategies and Programs team designs, implements, and supports workforce management solutions for Apple Retail stores globally. We collaborate with partners across Apple to develop Retail programs, enabling teams and customers to receive a world class experience!
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Validated ability to analyze data and information
Ability to quickly identify trends and root causes
Consistent track record in prioritizing, planning, and implement strategies
Agile, able to thrive in an ambiguous environment and work independently
Self-motivated, driven individual comfortable in a global, dynamic environment
Operate at both strategic and tactical levels, and move quickly between the two
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Able to interact and present with individuals at all levels of the organization
Prior workforce management operations or technology experience preferred
5+ years project management experience

Role and Responsibilities
* Build new and reimagine existing workforce management strategies and solutions to positively impact employee and customer experiences
*Manage initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion
*Analyze data related to workforce management and business operations to improve processes and experiences
*Craft innovative solutions and strategies by combining data and intuition
*Work with global partners to build solutions for global problems
*Drive implementation, measure execution, and iterate with field and operations teams
*Lead with collaboration, inclusion, and the ability to take others on the journey
*Identify, communicate, and foster innovative ideas through partnership
*Provide initiative based support and subject matter expertise on the store perspective
Education & Experience
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Some travel required
