We seek a People Operations Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and enhance all people development programs from new hire training to manager development, to virtual learning initiatives.
  • Run logistics for programs and events involving participants from international locations.
  • Provide support for Company's learners around the world whether they are traveling or learning from their home office.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from learners.
  • Develop Content for specific program needs.

Must Haves

  • 2-5 years experience in Learning & Development, adult learning, project management, organization development, or other related fields.
  • Experience coordinating large multi-day events with various moving parts and players.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work to tight timescales.
  • Superior organizational and administrative skills and don't get overwhelmed easily.
  • You follow through on all tasks with integrity and have a bias towards action.
  • You're innovative, extremely creative, and constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimize processes.
  • Experience and knowledge of adult learning and people development areas (e.g., needs analysis and evaluation).
  • You know how to navigate through systems and tools, and constantly find ways to make tasks more efficient.
  • You can demonstrate the impact and efficacy of initiatives on the business.
  • Analytically oriented.
  • Naturally curious.
  • Self-driven.


  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Hours & Location:

  • Standard M-F, 40 hours/week. This position is located onsite at our Customer’s San Francisco, CA office. There is no remote capability for this role.
