Overview
The Talent & HR Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing recruiting and sourcing support, data management, new hire onboarding and I-9 support for managers and employees, and support for additional data related functions of the business.
Requirements (additional Responsibilities May Be Assigned)
- Provide support with the recruiting process for the West territory
- Source candidates utilizing all available tools and technologies; this may include networking, referrals, ATS systems, job boards, job postings and direct sourcing
- Use of Applicant Tracking system to source and hire candidates
- Accurate and timely data entry in HRIS for Employee Demographic Changes and position assignments
- Auditing and reporting data within HRIS
- New Hire Onboarding for specific assigned territories
- Prepare and/or distribute HR reports
- HR Training and support
- Maintain employee files in accordance with employment laws
- I-9 support and compliance
- Perform E-Verify process on new-hires and rehires to ensure employment eligibility.
- Provide employee assistance as needed
- Coordinate the compilation of staff and student compliance documents
Qualifications/Skills:
- 1-3 years of related experience in an HR or closely related business position required
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in HR administration as well as recruitment and onboarding support is required
- Experience supporting off-site managers through e-mail and the telephone with human resources needs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Compensation:
Starting range $55,000/annual
