Job Duties/Description:
- Recruit for a broad range of roles
- Engage with hiring managers to understand role profiles and develop effective hiring processes.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
- Perform outreach including job fairs and other recruitment events, social media engagement, and email.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen applicants and leverage interviews to identify top talent.
- Communicate with candidates at every step of the hiring process to keep them informed and build their investment.
- Update statuses and maintain other information in our databases.
Requirements
- 3 years of HR/Recruiting experience
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Experience working in education or non-profits is a plus
- Experience recruiting, as a hiring manager, or other involvement in the recruitment process preferred.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Additional Info
- Pay: $65,000 to $75,000
- Schedule: M-F, 8-5 (need to be flexible with hours due to having different locations throughout the US - different time zones)
- Location: Hybrid
