Job Duties/Description:

• Recruit for a broad range of roles
• Engage with hiring managers to understand role profiles and develop effective hiring processes.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
• Perform outreach including job fairs and other recruitment events, social media engagement, and email.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Screen applicants and leverage interviews to identify top talent.
• Communicate with candidates at every step of the hiring process to keep them informed and build their investment.
• Update statuses and maintain other information in our databases.

Requirements

• 3 years of HR/Recruiting experience
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Experience working in education or non-profits is a plus
• Experience recruiting, as a hiring manager, or other involvement in the recruitment process preferred.
• Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Additional Info

• Pay: $65,000 to $75,000
• Schedule: M-F, 8-5 (need to be flexible with hours due to having different locations throughout the US - different time zones)
• Location: Hybrid
