Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, business development, or sales
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting at a recruitment agency or in-house corporate talent team
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting for technical positions

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for technical talent in an agency or corporate setting
  • Experience in a consulting or advisory role, influencing director-level clients and managing hiring or people strategy for a business function
  • Experience solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as a business partner
  • Experience in self-sourcing candidates
  • Ability to organize and analyze data and draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, more efficient and to influence decisions
  • Ability to handle customer relationship management by providing exceptional customer consultative skills

Additional Information

(Colorado only*) Minimum full-time salary range between $113,000 - $121,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

  • Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.


  • Recruit, source, and attract talent, and manage special projects. Deliver consistently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by managing time and effort across hiring projects, sourcing strategies, timelines, and deliverables for projects.
  • Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches, identify alternatives when circumstances change, and seek out responsibilities beyond the job.
  • Keep others apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members. Coordinate work cross-functionally and influence peers, project leaders and/or managers.
  • Deliver results in a timely manner, individually and through others. Initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects with multiple demands.
  • Leverage strategic thinking, influencing and coaching skills in order to run a successful search process to hire talent.
