NOW HIRING - HYBRID position - HR Contract Recruiter

Ultimate Staffing in Nashua, NH has an immediate opportunity for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our client in a temporary HR Recruiter role. Convenient location! Comfortable place to work!

Hours - Monday thru Friday - 8 AM to 5:30 PM - flexible

Term - Contract position based on volume

Pay rate - $42 to $50/hr DOE

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Division HR Manager to determine staffing needs
• Source resumes from online staffing tools, employee referrals, and networking efforts
• Screen resumes and prequalify candidates via telephone and/or video calls
• Manage interview schedules for all candidates
• Conduct reference and background checks, extend offers, and coordinate new hire paperwork
• Generate and present reports as required by HR Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a professional recruiting role
• Highly proficient with MS Office products, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Teams, ZOOM, etc.
• Must be available for some ON-SITE work as determined by HR Manager
• Experience securing talent from a variety of online, and in-person sources
• Proficient with MS Office products, including Excel and MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Associates Degree preferred
• HSD/GED required
• Drug Test and Background Check
