Robert Half is looking for a project professional for an interim opportunity as a Recruiter.Join our team on a contract basis, where you will be playing a key role in our client's recruitment efforts and will be responsible for recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers on hiring best practices; as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating employee recruitment plans.

Your responsibilities in this role

  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices
  • Maintain department reports and records
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Determine candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and collaborating with managers on internal hiring needs


  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Organization and time-management skills
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and work independently
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers
