Job Purpose:

This role is key in providing HR administrative and recruiting support for the assigned business unit. This person maintains current knowledge of HR legal requirements for reporting and regulations/compliance, is responsible for employee and general HR file maintenance, any accurate HR data entry and other HR administrative tasks as needed. This position will work toward a deep understanding of the unique needs of the employees to become an effective and trusted internal partner.

Job Duties:

· Subject matter expert for employees and managers with questions and guidance on HR topics and matters.

· Provide administrative support for the Human Resources function with a high focus on accuracy and timeliness.

· Track all new hires to ensure they are onboarded correctly, maintain accurate start dates and confirm all onboarding tasks are completed on the first day of employment.

· Uploading and maintenance of employee files.

· Accurately process employee information through the HRIS, maintain records and electronic files.

· Perform customer service functions by responding to employee requests and questions while escalating more serious issues.

· Provide administrative support for Benefits, LOAs and WC for the Business Unit.

· Provide administrative assistance and support to the recruiting process as requested by the HR team.


· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred plus one to two years of related administrative experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education/experience.

· Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.

· Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail required.

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.

· Knowledge in general HR related programs are a plus.

· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos, and ability to write professional correspondence.


· Fluency in English & Mandarin Chinese

· Immediate availability is preferred
