Working with stakeholders across the business and under the direction of our Talent Acquisition & Experience Director, you will help lead the strategy, launch, and reporting of DE&I programs. You will be the face of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, building forward-looking strategies, programs, and services to infuse a culture of belonging into everything we do. This role will be tasked with closely following the latest trends as it pertains to diversity in the workplace and adapting insights from the analysis of those trends to take a consultative approach in informing and developing global diversity strategy. Successful candidates will have proven experience with end-to-end program management and leading DE&I across large, global organizations with numerous stakeholders up to Executive level.

Here's how a(n) Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager for our US Head Office office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

  • Leads development, execution, and monitoring of district HRPD strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with district and company strategic plans and priorities. Leads communication plan rollout to key stakeholders and participates in sector HRPD strategic planning process.
  • Responsible for overall accountability, execution and integrity of recruitment and onboarding programs. Utilizes appropriate recruitment sourcing strategies and develops strategic industry contacts to build a candidate pipeline.
  • Leads local market research and analysis for salary/bonus review cycle.
  • Responsible for overall compensation plan.
  • Provides coaching and support to supervisors and senior managers on succession-planning process and resulting plans.
  • Guides and coaches supervisors through progressive discipline process for all positions, including the development and delivery of performance improvement plans and/or progressive disciplinary strategies on employee relations issues up to and including termination.
  • Leads complex investigations, including risk assessment, communication/implementation of recommended outcomes/decisions. Consults with key stakeholders and complies with reporting requirements.
  • Leads implementation, evaluation, and measurement of corporate and regional initiatives.
  • Oversees, executes, and influences the career management program in the district to ensure retention, development, and engagement of district talent, including assessments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years working in an HR or business function with increasing scope & responsibility, 5+ years program management experience specifically in DE&I in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of DE&I and change management principles
  • Demonstrates experience building and executing successful programs
  • Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives
  • Business acumen, analytical skills, reliability and sound judgment
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and lead strategic priorities through to results
  • Proven ability to think strategically and work across multiple territories, entities and lines of business
  • Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively manage high-volume workload and complex priorities
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of external DEI practices to inform future strategies, initiatives and competitive benchmarking
  • An analytical mindset and comfort in interpreting data to be able to connect our efforts to the broader picture, make recommendations and inform action

The salary range for this position is between $107,400 and $161,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
