Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, business development, or sales including 1 year of recruiting experience at a recruitment agency or in-house corporate talent team
  • Experience recruiting for profiles in devices, hardware, or products.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience of recruiting in both an agency and corporate setting.
  • Experience with sourcing, client management, closing candidates, and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Experience solving problems and delivering impact as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide customer consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will support several growing divisions within the Devices and Services Product Area (DSPA). You will support non-technical roles for Fitbit and have the opportunity to work with multiple clients as well as manage the entire recruiting process from creating recruiting strategy to generating pipeline all the way through offer acceptance stage.

Additional Information

Minimum full-time salary range between $120,000 - $129,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. *Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop pipeline strategies.
  • Source and recruit talent in a competitive talent market and achieve hiring goals.
  • Manage a queue of candidates in different stages of the interview process.
  • Build an inclusive and diverse workforce, including participation in activities that contribute to organizational aspirational Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goals.
  • Provide an efficient experience for every candidate and referrer from initial reach-out to negotiating offers and closing candidates.
