The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a Dallas-based industrial, commercial and residential real estate developer.
Position Summary: They are currently seeking an ambitious recruiter to work on a contract basis with their Talent Acquisition Team in coordinating their hiring process, sourcing qualified candidates and applying advanced interviewing techniques to fill open requisitions. The ideal candidate is accustomed to working in fast paced environments, can effectively communicate with C-level leadership and has good business acumen. Hours may fluctuate based on recruiting load and individual must be willing to ramp up to 40 hours during Q4 2022 to provide coverage while other team members are out of the office. If you have experience working in a fast-paced environment, you are smart and an excellent communicator, they'd like to meet you.
THEY CAN BE FLEXIBLE ON DAYS AND HOURS, ALONG WITH REMOTE DAYS FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm.
- Independently create and execute a recruitment plan for a variety of roles.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to clarify job requirements and establish a recruiting process to fill open roles in a timely manner.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize online resources, social media, employee referrals and networking to identify qualified active and passive candidates for open positions.
- Develop new sources to find talent for current and future openings.
- Select and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
- Coordinate and lead the in-person interview process.
- Manage the recruitment process with 3rd parties domestically and internationally.
- Help establish connections with professional groups, communities and other organizations.
- Assist with onboarding process as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Must be hard working, a team player and able to multi-task
- Industry hiring experience is a plus (real estate, financial institutions)
- Familiarity with recruiting software (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Outstanding organization ability
