We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Global Human Resources Senior Recruiter on a contract basis to develop and build impactful relationships with our HR leaders by performing best-in-class search and recruitment engagements. Our recruiting team regularly collaborates across the enabling functions, and each team member proactively weighs in on critical initiatives that will have a profound impact on the company. You'll own full-cycle search engagements in key areas within our Global HR organization with a constant lens on diversity, belonging, and inclusion. You’ll develop and execute groundbreaking recruitment strategies that ensure a positive and outstanding candidate experience throughout. You'll serve as a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders, keeping them abreast of industry trends with a continuous pulse on the candidate landscape for key areas of hire.

What You’ll Do

  • Utilize talent market insights and data to inventively engage,
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent communities.
  • Responsible for attracting and hiring our most important asset - its people!
  • Report to the Corporate Functions Recruiting Director for us and sit in Oregon with your colleagues who support the Global HR for HR recruiting efforts.
  • You’ll maximize partnerships with our recruiting center of excellence teammates across university relations, diversity sourcing, candidate coordination, and recruiting services to help optimize efficiency and facilitate the full recruiting lifecycle, end to end.
  • Gathers job level and department/function level hiring needs and helps to identify new target companies, schools, community organizations/professional associations, and geographies to target; identifies relevant business schools and universities as partners to drive the pipeline of talent.
  • Builds and communicates effective sourcing, assessment & selling strategies at the job level & department/function level.
  • Participates in workforce planning discussions with the business; leverages historical data/metrics to predict ROI for plans/strategies.
  • Manages inter-program; sets the framework for Intern Forum to track and re-hire where appropriate.
  • Build, create and deliver a comprehensive international development program.
  • Leverages the right sourcing "tool" for the job focusing on sources that net the highest ROI.
  • Educates Hiring Managers on the candidate marketplace and pushes back on unrealistic candidate profiles.
  • Targets and recruits active and passive candidates and leads and builds pipelines ahead of demand.
  • Leverages Hiring Manager networks to turn hiring teams into talent scouts.
  • Presents the most qualified candidates, as evidenced by a high interview to offer ratio.
  • Interviewing methodology and industry best practices and teaches Hiring Managers our assessment philosophy, processes, ideal interview team, and focus areas.
  • Captures feedback on our candidate experience to drive changes and ensures each interviewer's feedback is heard and doesn't let our Hiring Managers make short term/desperation hires
  • Pre-closes candidates and can effectively develop and present fairly complex offers to entry through senior-level candidates. channels.
  • Escalates issues only as needed; can handle most issues without escalation.
  • Manages candidate and prospect relationships effectively by leveraging a system for keeping them warm and engaged.
  • Regularly receives leads and marketplace insights from industry contacts; attends key business staff meetings.
  • Dissects candidate and hiring manager experience feedback to understand how to create a premium candidate experience and more effective relationships.
  • Solicits and accepts feedback and suggestions from peers and stakeholders.
  • Provides recommendations to improve the recruiting tools and templates we use.
  • Trains new managers on our recruiting goals, roles, processes, and timelines.
  • Leverages historical data and metrics/goals to set expectations with Hiring Managers.
  • Meets regularly with Hiring Managers and business leaders to build relationships and establish a presence and open communication

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

  • 5-10 years experience in full-cycle agency and/or in-house recruiting.
  • In-house, corporate recruiting experience, hiring talent at the executive (Director and above) level.
  • Deep understanding of creative passive sourcing strategies to identify and hire top talent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and consultative skills and can influence at all levels
  • Experience in the facilitation of behavioral-based interview training.
  • Expert knowledge of recruiting practices, principles, applications and methods, including interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to discover, organize and present relevant market data to plan sourcing strategies and influence key decisions.
  • Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system is required; experience with Taleo ATS and Avature CRM is preferred.
  • Previous HR for HR recruiting experience.
  • Skilled in offer negotiation and coaching managers on the selling strategy.
  • Can confidently articulate our core employee value proposition to all levels of candidates.
  • Knows how and when to engage the right people (who) in the business for planning, strategy, tactics, and process; navigate the matrix effectively. Gets HR partners involved in the right issues, at the right time.
  • Can teach Hiring Managers how to identify and use the right "tool" to recruit, assess, and close top talent. Maximizes the use of our recruitment programs.
  • Previous experience and/or skills with executing talent fulfillment processes required and experience utilizing recruiting and ERP applications.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be remote while COVID restrictions are in place. The expectation is to be onsite at our Customer’s Beaverton, OR location once it is deemed safe to do so.
