Reporting to the Global Head of Leadership and Performance Solutions (LEAPS), the Learner Experience Lead will function as a key member of the LEAPS management team, leading a group that provides support to LEAPS in the areas of change management, stakeholder engagement, marketing and translations. The Learner Experience Lead will be accountable for strategic planning and execution across these areas, all in the service of providing a go-to-market approach that increases engagement with our solutions and supports easy access to them.


  • Orchestrating the go-to-market approach for LEAPS: branding, packaging, sharing and marketing our products to build awareness and drive excitement for learning
  • Operationalize a regular cadence of communication and updates for key HR stakeholders globally
  • Driving harmonization of marketing collateral and campaigns globally by facilitating ongoing connectivity and best practice sharing with regional marketing partners
  • Engaging with and facilitating information and best practice sharing with regional and product/function LEAPS partners – learning from and drawing on the best of what we’re doing globally
  • Partnering with other LEAPS leadership to facilitate and manage the design and execution of a Learning Needs Analysis to inform a multi-year strategy and development roadmap of LEAPS content to be designed, prioritized and decommissioned
  • Managing the evolution of our Leadership Development Catalog to ensure our products are easy to find and access, in order to maximize utilization, enrollment and participation
  • Creating and managing a singular channel for the Citi Learning community to access LEAPS products easily
  • Aligning/streamlining global marketing efforts to drive engagement with particular audiences and expand reach of manager development
  • Actively promote LEAPS progress and success stories with Citi Learning and HR stakeholders, driving key insights into results of various LEAPS initiatives
  • Partnering with the Global Head of LEAPS on strategic projects, as needed
  • Managing the team, including: coordination of team team-level activities, capacity and workflow; talent development and coaching; budget and resourcing


  • The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years’ experience in learning and development, talent management, organizational development or related fields, with a successful track record in managing complex, multi-dimensional projects, stakeholder relationships, and operations related to the design and delivery of learning programs at scale in a large, global company.
  • Data-driven strategic thinking and planning
  • Ability to design and manage complex processes across a matrixed, global organization
  • Stakeholder and relationship management at both senior and peer levels
  • Advanced consulting and advisory skills, including strong listening, needs analysis and strategic planning
  • Leadership, people management and coaching
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Well-developed business acumen


  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
