Description
We are seeking a talent acquisition recruiter to help meet the immediate demand for top technical talent in Software Engineers, Data Engineers and Architects, Research Analysts, and Data Scientists.
Summary Of Job Functions
- Collaborates with the Hiring Managers and Human Resources develop a recruiting strategy
- Leverage your experience to source and establish new resources for top technical talent
- Develop relationships with Engineering groups and Universities
- Build and develop marketing strategy to attract leading edge talent
- Drafts recruitment advertisements: posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions
- Screen potential candidates, oversee testing, review candidates for minimum job qualifications and potential cultural fit of the future team
- Attends career fairs, job fairs, and industry conferences; runs company booth at job and career fairs
- Create and/or locate national math and/or computer science competitions to establish a technical forum to identify candidates
- Conduct reference checks on job applicants
- Inform job applicants of details such as benefits, schedules, working conditions, or culture
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting preferably in a corporate setting
- The ability to work onsite at our headquarters in Jupiter, FL- potential for hybrid schedule
Preferred Skills And Previous Experience
- Sufficient technical knowledge to effectively communicate with technical talent, especially with regard to:
- Math & statistics
- Programming & software development
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification
- Proficient Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience working with an investment company would be a plus
