Our customer is looking for an Associate Compensation Analyst on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Working closely with Compensation Business Partners, HRC, and HRBPs as well as Talent Acquisition team members to respond to inquiries and provide ongoing compensation-related support.
  • Participates in the completion of Job Family Matrices and job descriptions, eliciting relevant information from business-assigned job content experts to ensure accurate job documentation.
  • Contributes to participation in salary surveys and maintains survey records.
  • Collects data and reviews for accuracy; generates reports or analysis.
  • Performs Compensation data management in WD.
  • Supports annual focal review process.
  • Contributes to the design of compensation practices and policies (such as recognition and reward programs, incentive plans, and job content).
  • Regularly works on special assignments, which may include enterprise-wise compensation assignments.

Must Haves

  • 1-year work experience in a business environment
  • 0-2 years compensation/human resource administration support
  • Experience in human resources, compensation, or other analytical roles
  • Proficiency or developing expertise in MS Office business suite (emphasis on Excel.
  • Comfortable with technology platforms such as Workday, PayFactors, and online survey participation tools
  • Basic knowledge of applicable labor and employment law
  • Strong written and verbal business communications skills

Education

  • 4-year degree or equivalent education.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is 100% remote.
