As a TA Partner, you will connect deeply with the business to learn how the company grows into one of the most popular applications in the world. Support core business teams to design tailored recruiting strategies, as well as find the rare talents and help them with a smooth transition to the team.

You will also collaborate with regional and global HR professionals to implement various projects to reach the recruiting goals. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, and excited to take on great challenges.

What you will Do:

1. Deeply understand hiring needs, and partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.

2. Successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs for the team.

3. Identify, attract, and close all level candidates, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience, continuously deliver high-quality candidates and fulfill the hiring goal.

4. Act as the employer branding champions to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok's culture in a meaningful way


1. Bachelor's Degree or above.

2. 2+ years in-house or agency HR in the hi-tech industry

3. Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.

4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

5. A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks

6. Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Even Better If:

1. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

2. Experience in recruiting Commercial Product Marketing, Product Strategy, or Product Operation talents.

3. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

4. Experience working with international partners in different time zones and cultures.

5. Have understanding and insights in ad operations or ad monetization.
