Title: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
- Serving as the main point of contact for a high volume retail location and supporting Management, Regional HR, and Learning Managers.
- Working closely with talent acquisition and managing full cycle recruitment for permanent and non-permanent roles.
- Manages and administers annual reviews.
- Supports retention, identification of talent, succession planning, and career discussions.
- Oversees in-store employee relations case and communicating frequently with corporate partners to escalate matters as needed.
- Coaches Management on HR relations best practices.
Requirements:
- Min of 5 years experience.
- Knowledge of retail human resources practices.
- Experience in employee relations, talent development, pipelining, recruitment, and succession planning.
Compensation: $110,000-$125,000
*Please note this is a role with flexible hours that can be done part-time or in a more fulltime manner*
