OpTech is looking for a Senior Recruiter (IT, Healthcare, and Finance) with agency experience that thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Join an award-winning Professional Services firm providing Healthcare, Finance, Mortgage, IT staffing and services to Fortune 1000 and Government clients. Job Description Requirements Senior Recruiter with previous agency experience (this is a non-corporate recruiting role) Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sourcesjob boards and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates. Work and form relationships with Hiring Managers and OpTechrsquos Account Managers to know the ins and outs of their departments to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications while promoting your candidates. Ability to adapt to change as needed and meet short deadlines when necessary. Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Develop and release job postings on a platforms, such as social media and job boards. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Collaborate with the Account and Delivery Manager on how to drive better results when needed. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects. Conduct interviews. Proactively build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and repeat positions to ensure future talent needs are met. Qualifications and Skills High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change. Self-motivated, results-driven with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong time management skills. Attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 2 year degree from a recognized college or university with 2+ years of experience or 4+ years Recruiting experience
