About The Role

The People Operations team is the backbone of the People Team. We create conditions that support productivity and an outstanding employee experience. Our client is looking for a temporary People Operations Specialist who will support the team with specialized projects related to benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and document management.

About You

You are a detail-oriented, self-motivated, data-driven, and collaborative individual who is passionate about fostering a positive work culture and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting People processes, systems, and operations that will help our client continue to build a world-class team and employee experience.

In this role, you will...

  • Conduct audits of employee information and HR data across our HR systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support the semi-annual benefits eligibility review process.
  • Research required documentation for onboarding and separation workflows and recommend process improvements to incorporate any needed updates.
  • Organize and manage documents and electronic records.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation as needed.

Skills & Experience Include

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR/People Operations (experience supporting employees in a multi-state environment strongly preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve and perform audits of daily work.
  • Ability to foster effective working cross-functional relationships as well as with vendors and external stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service skills, shown through the ability to use judgment in balancing the needs of the customer while considering the policies and procedures of the company.
  • Expert level MS Excel & GSuite skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Completion of specialized certification or training is a plus.
