About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, goal-driven HR professional to join our fast-growing teams across the US in Global Innovative Medicine Division, Fusion BioVenture Innovation Hub, Generic Drug Division, and R&D Division. This is a position that partners with the business regarding talent acquisition, early talent management, and multiple critical HR projects.

Major responsibilities are:Develop broad, efficient, and customized talent acquisition strategy/solution to select the best fit candidates in a timely manner.Lead the high volume full-cycle recruitment activities for open positions at all levels, including job analysis, strategic candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer development, negotiation, and new employee onboarding & orientation.Develop efficient recruitment tools & channels to reach out to active & passive candidate groups. Manage multiple recruitment partners such as headhunters, agencies, career services, student associates etc.Assist the Director of HRBP and Head of Communications on the efforts of developing Employee Value Proposition and employer branding.Assist in implementing and driving process standardization and policy implementation. Keep up with industry and market trends for ongoing optimization.Assist with the HR programs or projects including but not limited to compliance audits, employee engagement & retention, learning & development, etc.Build and nurture strong relationships with business leaders to align, enhance, and drive the effectiveness of HR initiatives.Provide guidance to managers and employees on human resource-related matters including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, employee relations and policies.Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance when necessary.Other relevant responsibilities will be assigned when needed

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related filed required5-8 years’ experience in recruitment or general HR, preferably in pharmaceutical/biotech industriesStrong interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationship throughout the organizationAbility to work in a matrix environment, flexibility to move and support functions/capabilities as neededExperience within different recruiting technologies and channels, including traditional job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social platforms, etc.Outstanding organizational, attention to detail, and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and other Federal employment laws and regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment
