We are seeking a Talent Sourcer on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The main function of a Sourcer is to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization. A typical recruiter is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization

What You’ll Do

  • Perform searches for QUALIFIED PASSIVE candidates according to relevant job criteria, using networking, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
  • Will be making 25-30 sourcing out reaches to talent a week
  • Conducting a minimum of 10 sourcing pre-screens a week (not recruiting for talent)
  • Work with recruiting team members (Closers, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to implement and execute hiring strategy across all technical teams
  • Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
  • Will source for data science, technical program management, hardware positions, etc.


  • 2-5 years of experience in tech recruiting
  • Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities.
  • Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training.
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Pay rate will vary by location**


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required.

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is 100% remote.
