Zendesk is looking for a dynamic individual to join our outstanding People and Places team as a Benefits Partner to support in managing US and Global programs! This opportunity will elevate the Benefits function as the business continues to grow and scale. This position will be instrumental in ensuring our global Benefits programs are implemented and delivered effectively.

This role will have responsibility for the delivery of Benefits programs within the US and globally; lead all aspects of the ongoing delivery and operations of existing programs in partnership with our operations teams, implementation of new programs, and ongoing policy/ program reviews. The position plays a key role in contributing to the evolution of our benefit programs, employee experience and operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a Benefits professional to further develop specialized expertise through managing multiple Benefit programs globally. 2022 will be an exciting year for the team and will be a phenomenal opportunity for anyone up for a challenge!

What You Get To Do

  • Benefits vendor management; manage vendor contracts and/or related documentation required, ensuring compliance against Zendesk internal procurement/IT guidelines/standards and statutory requirements as well as ensuring that vendors are delivering in accordance with agreed Service Levels to ensure that our programs are aligned with.
  • Partner with the operations team in process design, process changes identification of existing programs and any process improvement opportunities.
  • Responsible for leading all aspects of ongoing delivery of Benefits programs and operations by different teams and providers.
  • Handle escalations process including investigations, resolution and implementing any relevant process improvement changes.
  • Manage ongoing survey and data submissions as needed

What You Bring To The Role

You should enjoy highly analytical work and problem solving in a dynamic environment, able to independently prioritize multiple assignments. Strong communication skills are crucial to optimally collaborate across different functional teams in a highly multifaceted and matrix environment.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • At least 5 years of broad working experience in Benefits related role
  • Experience in leading project teams and/or providing functional leadership.
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Program Management experience - ability to manage multiple projects in a number of countries for both compensation and benefits.
  • Strong planning and stakeholder management experience.
  • Some experience in delivering program training.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Solution oriented and able to improve sophisticated / broken processes more effective, and deliver creative fixes to multifaceted issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, including an ability to balance multiple tasks at the same time.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Workday experience a plus.
