WhatsApp is looking for a Program Manager to join the WhatsApp Employee Experiences team. This position will own and scale a unique, global program in close partnership with our User Experience Research team. This position will also support future programming that focuses on WhatsApp culture and internal community. Candidates must demonstrate strong program & project management capabilities and ideally will have experience working with user experience research. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for WhatsApp. This is a full-time position.

Program Manager, WhatsApp Employee Experiences Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily, weekly, quarterly operations of programs in partnership with Learning Operations
  • Manage program budget & expenditures, from planning and forecasting to purchase order pay out
  • Partner with internal Learning Operations team to define internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success criteria, including executive progress reporting on targets and goals
  • Manage short/medium/long term capacity and resource planning to execute against operational targets and achieve program objectives
  • Partner with internal Learning Design team to create program design, keep content relevant, and refresh on a regular basis
  • Drive exceptional service quality in all facets of the program through reinforcing high standards and coordinating cross-team efforts to take action on stakeholder feedback
  • Partner with other Meta teams to exchange best practices, align processes, and prototype new initiatives
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to increase cultural and educational impact by independently discovering, managing, launching, and maintaining innovative and agile employee experience programs
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end process & program documentation to ensure consistency across regions
  • Build a strategy, vision, mission, and roadmap for new employee experience programs that will be owned and iterated upon by the successful candidate
  • Facilitate large scale meetings and workshops when needed
  • May travel internationally when needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years working experience within Human Resources, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Research, Employee Experience, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling and managing large projects and programs
  • Demonstrated experience in systems thinking, is detailed-oriented
  • Demonstrated program management expertise, including communication, stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing skills with a track record of achieving engagement from senior and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated program management experience with global, cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with a variety of audiences, including executive leadership, managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously to synthesize ideas and program feedback
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating, establishing, and streamlining standard operating procedures, defining and setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics of success, and analyzing data to drive improvements
  • Self-starter, capable of working as part of a global, cross-functional team and working with all levels of leaders and individual contributors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SQL (or equivalent) and Excel skills
  • PMP or PgMP or equivalent certification
  • Strong interest and knowledge in corporate community and culture building
  • Avid WhatsApp user
  • Experience working with User Experience Research
  • BA/BS or equivalent 4 year university degree
