Recruiting for top tech talent is a key priority across Meta. The Recruiting Ops Analyst’s key goal is to support the operational routines across the tech recruiting team with data. This role will partner externally with recruiting leaders, and internally with the functional analytics team to ensure quality, consistency and timeliness of high visibility data delivery cadence. The Ops Analysts manage the analytics team’s operating routines such as intake, communication, and troubleshooting of data quality issues. This is an analyst role with a variety of potential growth opportunities across the analytics team. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and strives to bring operational excellence to the day-to-day routine across global Meta tech recruiting. Project management skills, understanding of data and recruiting operations a plus.

Recruiting Operations Analyst, Meta Tech Recruiting Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a series of cadenced data deliveries across all levels of tech recruiting
  • Partner with the Analytics Business Partners to embed insights across data deliveries
  • Act as the frontline of the analytics team, conduct initial consultation with requestor and provide ad hoc support
  • Manage office hours, education series of tools to support the elevation of data driven decision making across the recruiting team
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in process, technology and reporting across the teams
  • Act as the data expert who has in depth understanding of recruiting process and the corresponding recruiting data impact
  • Act as team owner of knowledge libraries. Organize, consolidate and update analytics team knowledge library
  • Act as team captain for communication strategy, marketing of product and impact across the recruiting organizations
  • Partner with the Tech Recruiting Ops team on a variety of strategic initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS with 2+ years (or MBA/MA/MS with at least 1 year of experience as an analyst (Translatable experience: Operations analyst, HR analyst, HR Systems Analyst, Sales Analyst, Marketing Analyst)
  • Experience gathering and interpreting data from multiple sources
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Project management experience with multiple stakeholders prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks
  • Knowledge of data visualization principles
  • Experience in data visualization tools and Excel (complex formulas, pivots, macros, etc.)
  • Experience building dashboards using advanced Tableau functionality (e.g. data blending) or equivalent tool
  • Experience independently managing operational routines in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with recruiting data (i.e. recruiting funnel), sales data, or marketing campaign data
  • Experience in HR analytics using HR systems and tools such as Workday, Tableau, Salesforce etc.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Growth mindset with a drive to continuously learn and progress
  • Experience in SQL
