Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager

The Culture D&I Program Manager role will be a critical part of the team that will be at the forefront of all things CD&I at Dell. They will primarily strategize and oversee operations for D&I Committee Forums and ensure a strong connection and alignment with Global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and D&I strategies.

What You’ll Achieve

You will provide the global CD&I team with critical support through partnership with CD&I business units and regional consultants on global strategies and programs. Leverage knowledge and strategic understanding of the challenges and opportunities around culture, diversity & inclusion, and provide feedback on how D&I Committees can amplify the global strategy.

You will:

  • Create and oversee Global CD&I Committee strategy, operations and KPIs
  • Mobilize and coordinate Global CD&I Committee Forums
  • Engage & Support CD&I business unit consultants as needed to ensure CD&I strategy execution, enhancement, and continuity
  • Provide support for ad-hoc requests and escalations from stakeholders
  • Oversee multiple projects/initiatives across several stakeholders

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading and executing D&I programs that drive change and 10+ yrs. industry experience.
  • Ability to partner cross functionally at all levels within the organization while displaying strong collaborative, influencing and communication skills.
  • Highly analytical –Ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and proposals to engage, motivate and influence team, peers, and leaders
  • Strong proven background in Project/Program Management
  • Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and forward-thinking individual
