The Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role as they will partner with our recruiters to contact candidates, coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels and create offer letters. This role will ensure interviews are setup in a timely and accurate manner, manage all changes to schedules as needed and provide clear communications to candidates and hiring managers about scheduled interviews.


  • Coordinate and schedule the logistics with candidate and interview panel handling a high volume of interviews across multiple locations in partnership with the primary recruiter and interview team.
  • Ensure clear and accurate communication of all interview logistics with candidates, recruiters, and interview teams.
  • Resolve any scheduling conflicts and availability.
  • Review interview requests for clarity, request additional information as appropriate and report any issues regarding interview requests, reschedules or cancellations.
  • Schedule panel debrief/calibration and assist with obtaining interview feedback.

Position Requirements:

  • Proven work experience scheduling as a recruiting coordinator.
  • Experience providing recruiting coordinator role tasks using Workday HCM and Workday Recruit system.
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and can follow strict data integrity practices
  • Independent self-starter who can work with minimal direction.
  • Must have the ability to remain focused, professional, tactful, committed to confidentiality and discrete when handling sensitive and/or confidential information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's in business administration, human resources, or related experience preferred but not required.
