The program contributes towards Diversity Equity and Inclusion mission of making diversity and inclusion how we work every day, by engaging an untapped talent pool with unique skills to help drive innovation and growth. As the Operations Manager of the DiverseAbility Talent Program, you will be responsible for daily end to end operations of the program, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will help to execute continuous improvements and shape the future strategy, working closely with the Program Leader and an existing cross functional team. Examples of the types of roles and responsibilities the DiverseAbility Talent Program Operations Manager include (but are not limited to) bull Partnering with the category teams and category leaders in developing and implementing strategies to drive significant value from the strategic supplier base. bull Conducting in-depth research on existing and emerging trends, identifying new technologysolutions, screening potential new suppliers and performing complex analytical studies. bull Leading process improvement projects in critical areas in support of driving greater value for operating companies. Candidates with neurodivergence andor disabilities are encouraged to apply for this position. bull Serve as primary DEI subject matter expert for the organization including collaborating with key program managers across the org to developenhance products and services with a DEI focus bull Manage the development and implementation of the DiverseAbility Talent Program bull Contribute input to further development of program communications and content. l bull Liaise with the office of DEI, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance teams to strengthen existing policies and practices with a DEI lens. bull Partner with PMO to maintain and edit engaging educational materials for Assignment Sponsors, Peer Buddies, Mentors, and Contingent Workers bull Stay up to date on diversity and inclusion efforts other large, matrixed companies have in placeare currently developing bull Partner with strategic suppliers and oversee overall managersupport group satisfaction through use of quality surveys bull Serve as a point of escalation for talent fulfillment and quality and have a thorough understanding of how to resolve challenges through a largematrixed organization bull Foster and maintain relationships with ADA ERG leaders to establish consistent best practices of Peer BuddyMentor identification bull Distribute Quality Surveys to respective Support Teams at the one-month mark, three month mark, and end of assignment ndash then, pullaggregate data in a meaningful way bull KPI monitoring bull Share relevant documentation and reports with project teams bull Create and distribute branded communications to stakeholders Applicants must provide their phone number.
