The Emerging Talent Recruiting POC will be responsible for creating and executing a number of programs aimed at attracting talent and providing developmental training programs across pipelines & locations. We build products to connect the world, and this means we need teams that understand and reflect a broad range of experiences, backgrounds, identities, abilities, and many other characteristics.This individual will have a bias for action, take joy from designing and delivering programmatic content, and know how to strike the balance between optimizing a global strategy and customizing for local clients. This candidate will bring strong stakeholder management as well as operational and programmatic experience working in close collaboration with global programs and recruiting partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Operations Leads to understand the business area priorities and opportunities to influence the recruiting product roadmap, strategy, and initiatives
  • Provide a functional/regional perspective to enable product adoption efforts, and identify how products/changes can best serve the relevant regions, business, and recruiting teams
  • Drive standardization and enable strategic decision making relating to products, policies, and processes across the recruiting organization
  • Work closely with Release Change Manager, Learn & Knowledge Management POC, PMMs, and PMs to conceptualize product, process, and policy changes, communication campaigns and strategies
  • Find relevant research and testing participants that meet the criteria, quickly and gather 360 feedback
  • Identifies and commits the right people in function to drive & support change and knowledge management (KM) - encourages better documentation across their function
  • Educate change champions about Recruiting products, process, and policy updates. Discuss how changes impact specific business areas/regions
  • Collect feature requests and establish triaging process which provides visibility into where a given request stands and demonstrate responsiveness to Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators
  • Establish an active and interactive environment (e.g., meetings, workplace group) to educate, communicate, and gather feedback to drive awareness
  • Monitor feedback and escalating product bugs to the triage specialty
  • Contribute to change enablement strategies and plans, including training, knowledge management, and communications
  • Ensure that information is communicated to impacted audiences throughout the duration of the launch, and ties back to self-serve resources and is easily accessible (always anchor back to the wiki)
  • Define and measure success metrics, gather feedback, and monitor change adoption and progress
  • Collaborate with Release Change Manager ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end product launch
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements to drive change management and increase knowledge management with change champions and KM/Learn POCs
  • Build executive presentations to inform leaders of risks and issues relating to change adoption
  • Partner with DEI Recruiting Program Manager within function to align on enablement and strategic partnership enhancements
  • Direct and coordinate with Regional and Pipeline SMEs on pipeline needs, how to translate messages and support specific pipelines request
  • Actively manage and maintain Change Champion User list

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of recruiting or program/Project management experience
  • Knowledge of the functions, operations, and mission of the specific business area
  • Understand key stakeholders across cross-functional teams/pipelines
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a knowledgeable resource to the business area’s leadership team that provides leadership and direction
  • Strategic thinker that can identify opportunities and influence business area goals
  • Experience taking initiative and creating vehicles and channels to drive change relevant to the specific audience
  • Experience driving continuous improvement and knowledge management development and best practices
  • Knowledge of recruiting products/tools/processes
  • Communication skills
  • Experience building relationships and influencing cross functional partners, leaders, and peers
  • Experience with stakeholder management, experience working effectively across teams, and with employees of all levels

Preferred Qualifications:
