About the job

Meta is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator Manager to captain the North America Product Leadership Candidate Experience team within the Global Scaled Programs and Experiences organization. This individual will report to the Leadership Recruiting Manager. In addition, the Recruiting Coordinator Manager will collaborate with the Recruiting Directors and Managers on initiatives to create a high touch, best in class Leadership experience for our team, candidates and hiring partners. At the same time, this Manager will be an integral part of the Leadership Team that will set our five year strategy for Candidate Experience Leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership of the Product Leadership Candidate Experience Team
  • Evolve and implement the Facebook signature candidate experience at scale across our Product hiring as we plan our roadmap for the next 5 years
  • Champion efficiencies through tooling and process to evolve our teams to provide next level service and unlock productivity opportunities
  • Advise CE Leadership and cross functional Partners on potential obstacles to success and recommend solutions to ensure success in our Candidate Experience
  • Bring forward specific business unit nuances and needs to the Candidate Experience and Recruiting teams to inform and scale global Facebook candidate experiences
  • Build effective partnerships with Recruiting Leadership to support current and future business requirements
  • Partner with GPS IC Product CE Teams to ensure alignment on delivery metrics and overall process to ensure improved velocity wherever possible with standardized processes
  • Provide data, insights and metrics reporting on key interviewing activity to inform the recruiting strategy and ensure a quality approach to data integrity and candidate data privacy rights
  • Strategic staffing leader for Product Leadership. Anticipate team needs and growth to hire, flex and stretch to meet changing business demands
  • Focus on development for the Lead team to ensure successful succession planning and employee engagement at the leadership level. Further, ensure this strategy is executed for each of the leads so our FTE population is fully engaged in their development

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience, empowering employees, developing capability and driving change
  • Strategic thinker with data analysis and experience partnering with leadership and executive teams on recruiting strategy and hiring initiatives
  • Self-directed problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and improving processes
  • Experience in prioritizing and managing workload
  • Experience partnering with leadership and executive teams
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with Director level executives

Preferred Qualifications:
