Recruitment Coordinator - Remote (Eastern Time Zone)

Curia provides global contract research and manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

The Recruitment Coordinator is an integral part of the Curia team, contributing to our success by supporting the recruitment team and having responsibility for candidate care and administrative support associated with a candidate's application process through to their onboarding.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess strong attention to detail and accuracy and will be able to identify potential risks or issues associated with a candidate's application or onboarding process and take corrective measures to mitigate. Reporting into the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will assist in driving high quality candidate care and strive to be an ambassador for the Curia brand at every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed upon timeframes
  • Develop and coordinate timely interview schedules for candidates and manage any schedule changes accordingly. Schedule candidate travel as necessary
  • Assist TA Specialist in monitoring onboarding activities and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process
  • Provide backup support to the pre-employment process
  • Assist in coordinating and participating in recruiting events (Campus, Interview Days, etc.)
  • Assist with the Curia Internship Program
  • Ensure appropriate recruiting documents, materials, and collateral are updated, prepared, and in-stock, as well as orders recruiting supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline processes
  • Participate in occasional Talent Acquisition projects as they arise

Required

  • Associate’s Degree. Equivalent relevant experience may be substituted for college degree requirement
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Previous experience with complex interview scheduling
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office – Outlook (or other calendar management systems)
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines
