In this role, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting including researching, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization who believe in our mission and values. You will help create a best-in-class candidate experience. What you will be doing.....

  • Developing, facilitating, and implementing all phases of the Talent Acquisition process based on current and future needs.
  • Collaborating with Branch and Department Managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Regularly reviewing job descriptions to check for accuracy.
  • Looking for innovative ways to attract new talent to our organization.
  • Invest in relationships by attending networking events to create a pipeline of candidates.
  • Acting as organizational ambassador to potential employees, creating a great impression.
  • Working closely with the People Team on succession planning.
  • Assisting with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Scheduling interviews; overseeing preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Conducting interviews with candidates.
  • Collaborating with the Branch Management and the People Team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attending and participating in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and bea fanatic about response times.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to Talent Acquisition.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years managing all phases of the Talent Acquisition and hiring process highly preferred.
  • SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus or willingness to attain.
