Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

  • Workday Recruiting Certification (REQUIRED)
  • 1-2+ Years as a Workday Recruiting Consulting with a Workday partner
  • Experience implementing Workday Recruiting configurations for customers of all sizes
  • Ability to autonomously lead recruiting workstream through all project phases (discovery-production)
  • Knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Recruiting solutions according to customer requirements
  • Offer Letter configuration
  • Job Application dynamic process configuration/debugging
  • Experience with open requisition as well as candidate data conversion is a plus

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Lead Workday Recruiting engagements, providing clients with support and configuration fixes as well as recommending best practices related to client requests
  • Act as a mentor to fellow consultants to help foster their growth and development
  • Actively participate in training updates and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
  • Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows
  • Travel 25%-45% at client request
