Clover Sonoma is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic temporary Human Resources / Recruiting Coordinator. This role provides administrative support to the HR team, including assisting with human resources programs, reviewing applicant resumes, record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

This is a 6 month, full-time temporary position.


  • Assist with the day to day administration of human resources programs
  • Respond to general employee questions related to benefits, company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding process
  • Utilize the HRIS system for data entry and daily, weekly and monthly report generation
  • Coordinate with employees and leave absence administrator
  • Help with the administration of company peer recognition programs
  • Schedule interviews and communicate all interview logistics with candidates and hiring teams
  • Provide follow up correspondence to candidates about recruiting status via phone and email
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring information is up to date
  • Review applicant resumes within ATS
  • Post job openings, update and edit job postings as needed in ATS and on job boards
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and process efficiency
  • Communicate professionally with internal business partners and external candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Travel within Petaluma to the plant or distribution warehouse as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • 2-3+ years previous human resources support, recruitment support, administrative, or related work experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Well-organized, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google applications
  • Experience with scheduling and/or calendar management
  • Preferred experience with ADP Applicant Tracking System
