INRIX is looking for a talented leader to join our team and help build our talent acquisition organization. In this brand new role, you will define and drive our recruitment strategy, while managing all aspects of our recruiting process to ensure we continue to hire the greatest talent around and have operational excellence in place to support our growing business.

This position is an integral part of our small but mighty HR team, which owns employee experience from beginning to end. You will have ownership and influence over many strategic initiatives, while also rolling up your sleeves and managing the day-to-day stuff too. This position reports to the VP of HR and is an opportunity to significantly shape how we think about talent acquisition at INRIX.

If you have 5+ years in talent acquisition at a fast-growing tech company, possess strong skills related to all aspects of a full cycle recruiting process, are happy to work as part of a small team that wears lots of hats, and are someone who takes ownership and cares about the quality of work they do – we would like to speak with you!

We are looking for someone to:

  • Help define, drive, and continue to evolve our overall recruitment strategy
  • Manage all aspects of our full cycle recruiting process
  • Develop collaborative relationships with leaders to support their needs
  • Influence hiring managers by providing advice and insights
  • Understand the business strategy and help connect it to a talent strategy
  • Participate in interviewing candidates and negotiating offers
  • Build and implement sourcing strategies and maintain a pipeline for future roles
  • Develop, track, and present value adding recruiting metrics
  • Manage existing vendor partnerships and build strong new ones to support our hiring efforts
  • Ensure we have an efficient and fair interview process that provides strong candidate experiences
  • Train hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Plan and execute diversity recruitment events and programs
