The Position

CallRail is looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator who has a passion for building an exceptional employee experience and knows how to create moments that build a great culture, retain talent and foster a sense of belonging. This role will serve as a project coordinator, contributing to the successful implementation of key strategic organizational programs. This role will also be responsible for helping CallRail charitable giving goals by coordinating and tracking volunteering opportunities in addition to providing coordination to other key initiatives that reinforce our values and culture.

As part of the Talent and Culture team the Employee Experience Coordinator will be a champion of CallRails culture, change agent and an advocate for creating an atmosphere of inclusivity, respect, accountability and fun. The Employee Experience Coordinator will report directly to the Culture, Diversity and Engagement Program Manager. 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the program/project coordinator for Repair the World Corporate Social Responsibility Program
  • Ensure CallRail reaches the annual volunteering goal by championing new and novel events
  • Arrange for regular volunteer events
  • Create and execute charitable giving efforts and organize charitable giving days
  • Responsible for co-creating and executing all company events focused on building a strong company culture such as our monthly All Hands Meetings and Annual Kick-off Party
  • Organize internal manager & employee development trainings and onboarding sessions
  • Serve as sub-committee advisor for Employee Resource Groups.
  • Partner with the rest of the Talent and Culture team to create an impactful employee experience for the entire life cycle of an employee
  • Assist with CallRail’s Culture and Values initiatives and onboarding sessions.
  • Facilitate training sessions and possibly the all hands meeting as needed
  • Complete special projects as they arise

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in employee programming, event management, learning and development and/or similar experience
  • Aptitude for learning new programs, (e.g., 15Five and Lessonly), with an intent to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the department
  • Loves people and culture: listens with compassion and turns insight into actions
  • Diversity and Inclusion programming is a plus
  • Excellent program and project management skills
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong customer service, professional and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and confidence to pick up and lead new projects
  • Proven track record of being self-aware, motivated, empathetic and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Creative and enthusiastic cultural ambassador with a proven track record of delivering exceptional programming
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, stay within budget and analyze
