COVID-19: Morning Consult’s top priority is the health and safety of our employees, their families and the communities where they live and work. As part of our commitment to health and safety, we require all U.S. employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Morning Consult offers a reasonable accommodation process for individuals who are unable to meet our vaccination requirement due to a disability, medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.

The Role

Morning Consult is looking to expand our People Strategy team with a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will support and lead talent strategy for one of our large divisions. The Senior HRBP will provide strategic guidance on organizational design, development/performance needs, headcount planning, selection and division culture. They will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations between the People team and the division they're supporting. The Senior HRBP will collaborate with other members of the People Strategy team to develop and launch solutions that improve key outcomes for their division.

Success in this role requires strong ownership orientation, proactivity and a sense of urgency with excellent follow-through. The Senior HRBP must be able to leverage data from a range of sources to tell a story, drive alignment and implement change. The ideal candidate has deep empathy for understanding the motivations and emotions of others, as well as a proven ability to build consultative relationships with humans at a variety of levels. They have a structured problem-solving approach and proven experience in executing a functional strategy to drive tangible results.

This is an incredible opportunity to work in hyper-growth mode to meaningfully impact one of Morning Consult's large divisions. The Senior HRBP will have the autonomy to explore, experiment and, of course, fail on their way to building something truly exceptional. The Senior HRBP will report to the AVP, People Strategy and work on a team of other people strategists and HR professionals.
