As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you are responsible for strategically working with both leadership and individual contributors across the organization. You build relationships internally, advocating for our employees' needs and aligning initiatives with our business goals. You navigate the complex situations that come with rapidly growing teams with ease. You are a strategic advisor that cares deeply about maintaining a strong culture and developing the people who form it. You proactively identify new opportunities to build an inclusive culture, implement effective change management and drive business results. As a Sr. HR Business Partner you both advise and own the build-out of team processes and structure that scale. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and implement programs and processes from scratch that will have a substantial impact on the organization and our valued employees.

  • Responsibilities Strategic Partner-
  • Actively identify gaps, and deploy impactful people strategies that enable the organization to perform effectively, and scale efficiently as it grows.
  • Collaborate with the People team to build and implement cross-functional Human Resources programs and initiatives.
  • Positively collaborate across peer groups to optimize the acquisition, integration, and development of talent to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify and solve inefficiencies to scale the impact of our People team.
  • Serve as an advocate, coach, and facilitator for building a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Proactively utilize people trends to develop, implement and manage projects and programs.
  • Consultant-
  • Strengthen the management bench by providing guidance, cross-functional perspectives, and 360 feedback.
  • Culture Advocate -
  • Assess and monitor employee engagement.
  • Assist with employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Assure that our culture, values, and engagement initiatives align with all that you do.
  • Project Management-
  • Translate business objectives into projects with clearly defined scope, timing, deliverables, resources, and key measures of success.
  • Identify all stakeholders, both direct and indirect, and determine the level of involvement needed for project success.
  • Formulate and continually re-assess the appropriate project management approach and project management skill set/resourcing mix across internal and external partners to ensure all project tasks are successfully completed.
  • Create project plans, including timelines and milestones.
  • Negotiate sufficient resources from HR sub-teams, such as IT, business units, and other groups as appropriate.
  • Effectively set and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Define project success criteria and communicate to the team throughout the project life cycle.
  • Support the ongoing development of best practices and tools for HR project management and execution.


  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner advising and influencing business leaders.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources Project Management Experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years of employee relations experience
  • Experience working within a software as a service (SaaS) company preferred.
  • Experience working within a start-up and/or ambiguous environment, with proven experience being adaptable preferred.
  • Recognized Human Resources certification preferred such as the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), etc. preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
