e-TeleQuote is continuing to grow and we are looking for a high volume Recruiter to join our team in Salt Lake City You will work onsite in our Salt Lake City Call Center alongside industry professionals who are dedicated to ensuring Medicare beneficiaries get all the help needed.

Requirements:

What You Will Be Doing:

Work with the Recruiting Director to understand the recruiting needs across all sites and the requirements of each role.

Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, job sites and professional contacts.

Identify various sources of candidates, including organizations at colleges, professional groups.

Publish job ads to job boards and social media groups targeting candidates.

Attends and participates in targeted job fairs.

Responsible for the tracking and reporting

Screen applicants through phone interviews.

Schedules interviews for Operations teams with pre-qualified candidates.

Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring and employment laws throughout the interview process.

Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to e-TeleQuote:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred ; High School diploma/GED, required

2-5 years' experience in the recruiting field required

Experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, candidate sourcing tools, job sites and LinkedIn promotion tactics, required

Recent High Volume recruiting experience required

Experience within a call center environment and/or the insurance industry (Medicare sales environment) preferred.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment required

Multitasking capabilities required

Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Required

Strong organizational skills required
