Dealpath is looking for a self-motivated People Operations Manager to join our growing team in San Francisco!

The People Operations Manager will build an inclusive, scalable, best-in-class People Operations function that centers efficiency, compliance, and equity. As the People Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence the next phase of our growth with a keen focus on the employee experience.

Reporting to the Head of People Ops, this is an opportunity to build the HR function of a growing organization with a strong values-driven culture.

As the People Operations Manager, you will…

  • Manage the people operations function by ensuring an efficient and compliant employee lifecycle that allows employees and managers to thrive in their roles.
  • Demonstrate commitment towards our company values and promote the day-to-day practices associated with building a stronger company culture.
  • Responsible for developing a scalable HR policy governance strategy and partner with department leaders across the company to ensure HR compliance guidelines are understood and followed.
  • Lead internal communications for the People Team and ensure critical company news (e.g., benefits, HR policies, recognition programs, etc.) impacting employees are clearly communicated.
  • Create and implement manager training programs that foster learning and development for leaders across Dealpath.
  • Assist with producing and collecting content for slide presentations used for weekly company all hands meetings.
  • Serve as a crucial point of contact between leadership and employees.
  • Track, analyze, and report all HR data and metrics requests.
  • Lead on all audits and reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for maintaining the employee handbook, creating equitable and inclusive policies, and possessing general working knowledge of multi-state employment law.
  • Work with internal and external legal counsel in various compliance aspects of Human Resources.
  • Manage HR tech stack.

  • Possess robust experience working in HR roles with increasing levels of responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations or related HR role
  • Early-stage startup experience, or experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience at a B2B SaaS company, preferably seeing a company through multiple stages of growth.
  • Experience with BambooHR, 15Five, Google Apps, Adobe Sign, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with data analysis.
  • SHRM certification, is a bonus.
