The Talent Attraction team's vision is to build and deliver a value-add Talent Attraction (TA) function that not only delivers hires, but also consults the business to offer talent/competitor business intelligence, map the market for business-critical talent, develop a strong employer branding strategy with a focus on employee advocacy and a university relations strategy to attract our future talent. 

Your role as a Talent Attraction Advisor will be accountable for partnering with divisional business/HR leaders across the USA to understand their needs and translate these into actionable talent attraction strategies and deliverable.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process and drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Help hiring managers navigate trade-offs between market, speed and quality while setting clear expectations on service level agreements.
  • Partner and consult with the business to understand business needs and execute against talent strategies to deliver value.
  • Assess and advise on the talent and business risks & benefits of hiring specific candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with business and HRBPs.
  • Use competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and recruiting practices of talent competitors.
  • Meet Global Talent Attraction goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance.
  • Present, lead and co-lead regional and local Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) projects.
  • Provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to TA leader.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years in a large/global matrix environment.
  • Project management and presentation skills.
  • Consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels.
  • Effective networker and closer, confident in developing complex offer with collaborative partners, including external vendors.
  • Experience engaging high-potential prospects through innovative and targeted sourcing methods and cold calling.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media channels.
  • Demonstrated success leveraging social media platforms to build candidate pipelines.
  • Workday experience is highly preferable.
  • Authentic, empathetic, curious, courageous, proactive, resilient, and pragmatic.
