We are currently hiring for a **Recruiting Coordinator** based at our National Center in Dallas, TX. The Coordinator will provide support for our nationwide recruitment team in building and managing candidate relationships. Will be responsible for providing organizational assistance in planning, scheduling, and coordinating candidate interviews, on-site visits, travel and communications. May also screen candidate resumes for entry level to specialist level positions and disposition candidates per AHA protocol.

+ Act as program manager for targeted selection program by working with hiring leaders and creating/distributing interview guides. Monitors and maintains targeted selection program.
+ Assists with scheduling of interviews via phone, video (Zoom/Microsoft Teams), or in person. Communicate schedule with all impacted participants. Provide support during interview process. Coordinate background check and candidate assessments.
+ Coordinates travel, hotel and hospitality for candidates interviewing face-to-face with hiring managers.
+ Assist recruitment team with email and phone correspondence, social media, and creation of monthly newsletter. Ad-hoc projects and reporting as needed.
+ Reviews applicant information, position qualifications, and identifies potentially qualified candidates. Processes communication plan. Disposition candidates as needed and notify.
+ Act in a lead role for Internship recruiting.
+ Initiates new hire process through Shared Services. Provides communication and onboarding schedule to new employees.
+ Works closely with HRIS and Compensation to identify, document and input accurate information in applicant tracking system.
+ Two (2)+ years of Human Resources/Recruiting Coordinator experience required.
+ Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of internal and external customers.
+ Hands-on experience working with recruitment software programs preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office. Advanced knowledge is preferred.
+ Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
+ Demonstrated proficiency at working in fast moving office with competing priorities.
